I had an IUD removal + insertion with Gretchen and she was wonderful. I had a failed IUD insertion in the past and was extremely anxious about this. She gave me the option to do a cervical block, which I had never been offered before. This helped so much. Tara MA was wonderful as well, doing everything she could to distract me during those 5 long minutes and coaching me with my breathing, offering to get me heat packs and water, etc. These ladies supported me through every second of what was an extremely nerve-wracking experience for me. Thank you!

Corewell health needs to go back to printing ultrasounds. The money they save by not printing those is not worth stealing those moments and memories the patients get from having printed ultrasounds. Gretchen is amazing.
