She is a good person and she understands my needs

She explained well she wasn't sure what was wrong so making 1 change at a time with a follow-up

Hannah went beyond my expectations for the wellness visit. When I told her I was scheduled for next Monday and concerned about my throat soreness she saw that that appointment was with her. She checked my throat, blood pressure, and completed the office visit then checking oxygen, lungs, ears , ect. Negating my need to return next Monday. She then seen that I could get bloodwork done that day also.

She did very well but it all stoped there. When I did not receive the medicine she sent in the Rx for treatment and contact stopped. Follow up from their office has been non existent. I will just wait another week and see how I feel on my own before contacting the office.

She filled in for my Doctor, DR. Vogel. I felt very confident when I left the appointment that she did the best to her ability without ever seeing me before to guide me. I would certainly feel totally comfortable seeing her in the future if needed and would recommend her if someone asked.
