I really like Dr.Shen and he makes sure everything I need done towards my health is taking care of.

He just made you feel like yeah you're sick so you know like brush to hurry up and get out of there he didn't even really check my husband. He needs to do better at this job

He listened to what I was saying and came up with a diagnosis for these issues. An amazing doctor.

He dont really talk or let me know what hes thinking and choose to ask me if I want something instead of recommending something that may help im looking for help because I have tried a lot of different things I thought it would be helpful going to a doctor to get new information or guidance

He’s patient, attentive, and genuinely kind in the way he communicates. He listens instead of reacting, responds quickly, and always makes conversations feel easy and respectful. His consistency and calm energy really stand out, and it’s refreshing to talk to someone who makes you feel heard and valued.

I would prefer a physical exam (eyes, ears, organs, joints) rather than just a conversation. Dr. Shen responded to the issues we talked about very well, but I don't know the state of my overall health and would like to know.
