I addressed that in detail in my prior comment regarding her excellence in the early part of this survey.

Hillary is awesome- I feel like I connect with her more than my Doc and that she listens to what I’m saying and just doesn’t spend the entire time typing away. I never wonder if she’s actually listening to me, unlike other providers. She is always engaged. The appt is just weird because it’s like what’s there to talk about RE a medication I’ve been on for 20 years. Seems pointless since we can reach out via my chart anytime there is a change in side effects etc to just schedule something to check a box screams financial targets need to be met and not patient first. Again nothing Hillary can do about that- she remains great and I would and do recommend her to anyone that asks me.
