I feel fortunate that I was able to get an appointment with Jacklyn Lynch. I find that she is very knowledgeable about elderly women like me. Additionally, she listens carefully and asks pertinent questions. She always offers options for treatments when choices are available. She makes sure that I understand the problem and her recommendations for treatment and follow up.

She listened and explained her answers. Great job.

I have never met a more knowledgeable or empathetic provider. Her personality immediately puts you at ease, and she exudes a sense of trust. What I respect most is that if she doesn’t know the answer, she’ll tell you and then go research it. I never have to worry whether she’s giving the best advice or diagnosis.

The expectation was that the provider would report on tests done in emergency. This not happen. The provider made very little personal contact.
