I appreciate having my medical team consist of people who seem to want to help you fix the problem you came in with. Jacob wanted me to get better and made the process as simple as possible.

The patients of Gaslight Famly Medicine are very blessed you have found and secured Jacob for the practice. Being an octogenarian my medical history and issues are complicated and involve care by several medical specialists. Jacob was able to expertly assess and navigate my current health issue in a caring and empathic manner and work with me to help find a solution. He is an exceptional listener and and a warm and skilled communicator. I am thankful and blessed to have been a patient under his care.

Great listening and caring approach

Honestly he's awesome. I often have trouble getting docs to address my concerns directly but Jacob asked a lot of questions - and then explained WHY he asked those questions, which gave me more insight into things I should be aware of outside of the obvious, standard things we were already discussing.
