Before I became a physician assistant, I worked with people with developmental disabilities. I saw the profound impact that direct, compassionate care can have on others, which set me on the path to becoming a physician assistant. After years in emergency medicine, I made the switch to family medicine because I wanted to be able to build relationships and invest in my patients’ long-term health. I am especially passionate about preventive care and chronic disease management.

The best care happens when patients feel genuinely heard. I take time to understand not just the medical problem, but the person in front of me, their concerns, their goals, and what matters most to them. We will have honest, respectful conversations about treatment options so that you can feel empowered to make the best possible decisions about your care.

There’s real joy in continuity. I love getting to know my patients and their families, earning their trust, and seeing them improve over time. They keep me grateful to do this work every day.
