I became a nurse to help people through difficult times and make a meaningful difference in their lives. My personal experience caring for family members with neurodegenerative disorders and my professional work in critical care and hospice has taught me the importance of listening, building trusting relationships and supporting patients and their families through uncertainty. I understand the challenges they each face in seeking and providing care and hope I help them feel less alone through our interactions. My goal is to ensure every patient and family feels heard, supported and empowered throughout their journey.
