He did a good job explaining and understanding my situation

As new pt I did not know procedure with the nurse providing "paper screen" to remove clothes. It would have been slightly better to have been told what to expect as all other drs usually have you dress/undress in room by yourself. I think the nursing screen is very efficient and effective but just awkward as first time pt. not knowing what was expected.

Well, I'd like to keep seeing him as my regular family doctor but I realize I can't. Thats how much I liked him.

He was very knowledgeable and took the time to hear my experience without judgment, and without having a pre-decided opinion of me before coming into the room. I cannot express how different my experience with him was compared to other doctors, and in a positive way. He actually listened to understand. He restored my hope in the medical field.

Dr. Ogilvie did his homework. He read my chart before I arrived for my visit. He listened to me and explained things very well. I felt that God placed me where I was supposed to be. I knew I was in good hands and completely trusted my physician.

Dr. Ogilvie was helpful and clear in his explanation of the condition, treatment, and risks. While the nature of my specific concern was quite sensitive, I never felt uncomfortable or unsure of what was happening with my care.
