It was very frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Especially starting it all off with having to wait 25 minutes when I was the first appointment. I was waiting and ready to go at my appointment time. Only then to have a 6 minute conversation that I lead with what I found on the internet about it. I’m hoping it was just an off day for her and this isn’t the normal. Either way I will not be returning.
