He completed his residency in Diagnostic Radiology at the Detroit Medical Center and fellowship in Vascular & Interventional Radiology at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. Interventional oncology and management of portal hypertension are of particular interest to him.
