I don't think he hears everything you say. Not understanding how much pain I'm in.

It would be helpful to know what outcomes could be from the testing but we usually just discuss testing and when results come back I get a MyChart message rather than a call and I am basically left for months waiting for the next steps while still having pain.

This is my perception: this provider is always chewing gum and as a result chews his words. It also adds to the feeling of being rushed. And references are always made about taking too much time.

Jeff, my PAC has always care a out my disease and helpful in getting the best solution available.

I still have an outstanding correspondence with my gastrointestinal guy who I haven't heard back from. So I did bring my question up to my primary doctor and we have addressed the issue. In a general sense providers are very responsive and helpful. I'm not sure why it takes so long for some of them to respond, I mean it really shouldn't be more than two or three days at the very most if you're sending a note through the patient portal.

His explanation was inadequate.
