Jenna N Overly, MD

Jenna Overly, MD, is a board-qualified surgeon in both general surgery and critical care. She joined the Corewell Medical Group in October of 2019. She is on staff at Corewell Health Troy Hospital as a general surgeon and critical care intensivist in our Surgical ICU. She specializes in laparoscopic, general and trauma surgery. Her interests include abdominal surgery, hernia surgery and gallbladder surgery. Along with general surgery, her critical care background adds to the overall care of patients. She enjoys being able to take care of adult and geriatric patients. She was born and raised in the Metro Detroit area, attending University of Michigan for her undergraduate degree. She then went on to complete medical school at AUC School of Medicine followed by her surgical training at Henry Ford Hospital. She is honored to remain near home and be able to care for patients in the same community which afforded her so many opportunities thus far. When not at the hospital, she cherishes time spent with her family including her husband, son and a large extended family all rooted here, close to Troy.
