I am grateful for Jennifer, she’s a good provider. If I had an issue she couldn’t help me with, she would refer me further, accordingly.

Not enough time being able to express my thoughts and feelings, perhaps the assistant brought her up to date on things I said, but she seemed to have a plan ready before I got to express how I was feeling. I’m open to try her plan, and hopefully it will help, but I wish I could have expressed more about how I was feeling, I know she has probably has a lot of patients. But I did feel a bit rushed compared to previous times .

Very good at her profession and very caring. Listens to understand and doesn’t make me feel rushed. She is genuinely a great person and professional.
