Happy with Dr. Petrous.

We very much liked that he listened and cared about what we thought/felt and was not pushy

While Dr. Petrous did attempt to address the concern I had, he seemed more focused on reviewing the data relating to my sleep apnea with me. I understand data is important, but not to the exclusion of all else. For example, The information in my file was not up to date, showing the wrong equipment supplier, which led to his order being given to the wrong place, in spite of my providing the correct information.

I really like that he listened and explained things well.

Good advice!

Seemed to interrogate the cpap data pretty thoroughly to make observations and recommendations.

We are looking into options other than cpap. The masks are uncomfortable, but he had one more design for me to try before I take a test for one of the options.

Was concerned about my health

Very cordial explained what was going on with me. Went over what I could do a little better. And treated me like a person not someone that didn’t know what I was doing. He was very helpful and sounds funny maybe but I enjoyed talking with him.

He understood my concerns and gave me good advice.

A personable doctor. And the staff at the clinic are very nice.

While the technology may be good in some areas, the appointment was filled with complications

Not bad for an online interview

He’s easy to talk to and wants to make sure I’m doing the best I can.

He understands Inspire and easily relates how it should work

Dr. Petrous is very polite & professional. My issue is not with the doctor, but simply that I’m not convinced that sleep should bear as much weight in a person’s health.. we shall see how this works out and what I will learn…

My only problem was the lack of personal service because of telehealth

It was an excellent personal experience despite the teleconference format. Dr P has always presented excellent interpersonal skills.

Very professional and caring

Jeremy was very good. He recommended a sleep study, first available was November in Greenville! Second choice driving to Grand Rapids was September! Issue with the dates is follow up with doctor that referred us is before any of these appointments????????? Disappointed in ability to schedule in a timely manner

I am not sure why they could not have just suggested a video conference at a closer facility or even at home.

The medical assistant was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and understanding. The doctor was likewise helpful and went over my data discussing it in terms that I could understand. A five star team!

Doctor should be a bit more professional and show up on time.
