I was so happy with the treatment received phone call was easy to navigate and got my questions answered. The after virtual visit phone call I received to tell me that I was given wrong information was not so pleasant but that is not Miss Jessica‘s fault. I think when patients are called they should be asked if they have been contacted at a good time One. I’m at work too as I was speaking. I was rudely interrupted to be told what I was doing was going to be incorrect three it left a very bad feeling for me and soured my experience. Jessica was great after phone call not so great.
