Shes kind and caring and listens to what I needed and helped me.

I thought she was an excellent provider. However, the audio quality was so poor and going in and out so it was difficult to hear her. She did attempt to fix it and it helped for a few minutes but then went back to poor quality audio for the rest of the call.
