Jodi was amazing

Great experience at a scary time.

like I said earlier, she is very compassionate, listens, and helps me address any issues or problems I am having.

I was expecting to get my drain out and met the criteria outlined in my surgery discharge paperwork. But turns out that that’s not the criteria. Jodi explained it and I was very disappointed and upset, but it’s not Jodi’s fault that the discharge papers are NOT ACCURATE. Someone ought to update or modify that.

Jodi is an excellent communicator, and clearly loves her job. She went through a LOT of information with me carefully and patiently, answering all my many questions along the way. By the end of the call I realized what a valuable meeting it had been (whereas prior to the meeting I had thought it was minimally relevant to me). I will be discussing things further with my primary care physician and my husband, and I feel much better informed to make decisions about my breast care/health.

Jodi is not my normal provider but was able to see me quickly when I had an urgent health issue. She made me feel very comfortable, was very kind and encouraging, and provided me with resources so that I left knowing exactly what to do

I appreciate how much she really wanted to check out every area of me, even unaffected areas. She also was as thorough as I thought she could be with it just being a self exam. She told me her conclusion and made sure I got the urgent attention I needed. I also appreciated how she reiterated that I can message her with any developing questions or concerns.
