I signed in on line but was running late to the office and didn’t sign in at the entrance and went right I to the elevator. Had to wait almost an hour for my appointment. It was my fault because I didn’t sign in at the lobby.

Seriously I wish Dr Harris could be my PCP - great personality, wonderful interaction and explanations, funny and very down to earth.

I bought similar shoes he recommend and also recommended by my physical therapist. He first got upset because they weren't the exact brand, but better for posture, back, and knees - in my best interests. Then later he said the shoes I bought were ok. I expect support when I go to the doctor, especially when I haven't been able to take care of myself wellfrom several injuries in last year, not to be given a hard time.

Valerie was also helpful - demonstrated stretching exercise, worked with me to get the correct size for the suggested orthotic (which I love) and also answered all of my questions.
