I registered ahead of time and when checking in, I was still asked about medication I was taking. I spent the time to update the website, so I would expect that information to be available to your staff when I check in. I normally don’t fill these out but I felt that you should know this. Your office was recommended by my niece and I don’t think I got the same experience that she did

We had a telephone appointment, it was fine.
