I have a great deal of respect for and faith in Dr. Jansen. He is always attentive, very knowledgeable, concerned my welfare and well being, forthright when answering my questions, and takes time with me during every appointment.

The nurse who assisted was forgetful. Forgot to take my blood pressure. Said she would order a refill of a nasal inhaler but that didn’t happen.

Dr Jansen ALWAYS listens to me fully and makes sure I know I am heard,and that I understand test results etc. He doesn't have an "I know more than you because I'm your Dr" attitude it is like having a conversation with a friend.
