John M Robertson, MD

John Robertson, MD, is board-certified in radiation oncology. After becoming a graduate of the University of Michigan Medical School, he completed his residency at Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital and completed a fellowship at the University of Michigan. He is vice chair of Radiation Oncology at Corewell Health and is a Professor at the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine. His primary clinical areas of interest are all gastrointestinal cancers. Dr. Robertson is an active researcher with multiple clinical trials and publications and has served as the Radiation Therapy Quality Assurance Coordinator for a major national trial for rectal cancer. His areas of particular study include gastrointestinal cancers, sarcomas, and radiation sensitizing medications. He has been on staff at Corewell since 1996.
