Joshua Koenig provided one of the most outstanding healthcare experiences I have ever had. From the moment he entered the room, his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine concern were immediately apparent. He took the time to listen carefully, asked thoughtful questions, and made sure I felt completely heard rather than rushed through the appointment. Joshua explained everything clearly and thoroughly, while still making the conversation feel comfortable and easy to understand. His attention to detail and ability to combine medical expertise with compassion truly set him apart. He treated me with respect, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood the next steps before the visit was complete. The quality of care Joshua provided was exceptional. It is rare to find a healthcare professional who is not only highly skilled, but also so personable, patient, and genuinely dedicated to the well-being of the people he serves. He represented Corewell Health at the absolute highest level. I left the appointment feeling confident, reassured, and extremely grateful for the care I received. Doctor Koenig was very professional and didn’t keep me waiting We talked briefly about being a new patient and he made me feel very comfortable.

I had to ask Dr Koenig how concerned he was about my condition. I believe he should have told me if this was not a serious concern without me asking. It is very important to consider how the patient might be feeling in the doctor’s office. Emotions play a big part in wellness.
