Dr. Edge is very personable and intelligent. She is efficient while remaining compassionate. I often find she may be limited by outdated professional knowledge or technological skills. I'm often sent in a direction that's just a little off, but I get there eventually. I believe she is also limited by the willingness of her team, as I will see the tech steps that need to be taken (i.e. tedious communication with a pharmacy) that they will flat out refuse to do.
