Dr Conley was wonderful. Joyful, intelligent, & personable. She cared about my child’s vision & needs.

She was booked way out so the wait to my actual appointment was longer than I expected, but she was worth the wait! Will be seeing her again in a couple of weeks. Very satisfied with our experience.

She didn’t just care about my child she cared about me too I got sick during her appointment and her and her team made sure I was also ok!

My problem was not straightforward, and Dr. Conley could have taken shortcuts, but she didn't.

She is so kind. And the way she interacts with my daughter makes her feel so comfortable. She doesn’t talk around my daughter but talks to her.

While never ideal to see a specialist for any particular issue she was very caring and reassuring. I understand that as a specialist Dr. Conley had multiple patients at roughly the same time. It didn’t feel as though we were neglected because of it. Very professional!

Dr. Conley was calm and patient with my child even when she was being difficult! She never lost her patience and was so kind! She made sure we understood the concerns and what we needed to do to manage her injury. She was very easy to talk to!

Amazing and pleasant as always

Jestine, who took care of us first, was wonderful—patient with our three year old, took time to explain things to him, answered my questions. The woman in the movie room while waiting for our son’s eyes to dilate was also lovely, as were those who brought us from room to room. Our visit with Dr.Conley was very clinical and super quick—not maybe 5 minutes. I didn’t feel like she acknowledged much—just a speedy exam with more interaction with the other dr/resident than with our son or with me. That aspect felt very impersonal. She wasn’t unpleasant, but it seemed like she was in a hurry, which I don’t love when we get charged as much as we do for a visit. :/

They were all excellent. It took 5 months for an appointment.
