She was thorough and explained in medical terms in a way we can understand.

We love seeing Dr. Conley! She knows my child’s eyes better than anyone else and is always trying to seek the best care for him. She makes him feel safe and welcomed in the office and tries to help him not be afraid. She thinks outside of the box and is always trying to bring relief from my child’s eye pain. We love Dr. Conley!!

The Dr Conley arrived quickly once we were in the exam room, which I appreciated. She was upbeat and engaged well with my son, though I left feeling somewhat dismissed and confused. My son had recently completed eight months of vision therapy after being referred for treatment, and we’ve seen meaningful improvement. I mentioned that I had before-and-after visuals on my phone documenting his progress, but the response I received felt dismissive rather than open or interested. I may have misread the interaction, but I left with the strong impression that vision therapy was not respected or taken seriously, which made me feel discouraged as a parent trying to advocate for my child. Overall, the appointment began very positively, but the tone of the latter half of the visit left me feeling uncomfortable and not fully respected.

You need more doctors doing what Dr Conley does as it took me months to get in for a consultation with her.

She is wonderful. I don’t mind the long drive from St. Johns because I always feel heard and fully informed and confident of my understanding at the end of each appointment.

Dr Conley was wonderful. Joyful, intelligent, & personable. She cared about my child’s vision & needs.

She was booked way out so the wait to my actual appointment was longer than I expected, but she was worth the wait! Will be seeing her again in a couple of weeks. Very satisfied with our experience.

My problem was not straightforward, and Dr. Conley could have taken shortcuts, but she didn't.

She is so kind. And the way she interacts with my daughter makes her feel so comfortable. She doesn’t talk around my daughter but talks to her.

While never ideal to see a specialist for any particular issue she was very caring and reassuring. I understand that as a specialist Dr. Conley had multiple patients at roughly the same time. It didn’t feel as though we were neglected because of it. Very professional!

Jestine, who took care of us first, was wonderful—patient with our three year old, took time to explain things to him, answered my questions. The woman in the movie room while waiting for our son’s eyes to dilate was also lovely, as were those who brought us from room to room. Our visit with Dr.Conley was very clinical and super quick—not maybe 5 minutes. I didn’t feel like she acknowledged much—just a speedy exam with more interaction with the other dr/resident than with our son or with me. That aspect felt very impersonal. She wasn’t unpleasant, but it seemed like she was in a hurry, which I don’t love when we get charged as much as we do for a visit. :/

They were all excellent. It took 5 months for an appointment.
