Kaitlin has always been phenomenal but I’m seriously disappointed in the communication from the office about my blood work. It’s been a week and zero communication even when I reached out two days ago and still nothing.

She checked on me through messaging and then had a nurse follow up by phone.

She stated that she would get back to me promptly and help me figure out different options if everything came back normal. I had to reach out to ask her and she just said everything was normal and that was it.

I called at 10:25 AM, was able to see PA for a 10:45 opening. She ordered necessary X-rays (after I had fallen), I went straight to X-ray across the parking lot, was taken right back and had results at noon!! Five star service all around for that day!

Kaitlin Dennis is a great provider, she listened to me and cared about my concerns; much better than Dr. Gianturco. The assistant wasn't very good but I feel like she was probably new.

I feel like my concerns and questions are always answered and treated with care, I’ve had multiple providers throughout the years and it’s really nice to finally have a provider that I feel comfortable going to and is dedicated to actively listening and collaborating on treatment.
