She was so knowledgeable and clearly explained my condition. I especially appreciate that she started by reassuring me I did not have cancer! I have never been to the Cancer Center before and when an appointment was scheduled there for me I was concerned. She gave lots of information and paused periodically to ask if I had questions. She used the whiteboard to outline information she was giving me and this helped clarify all the information she had for me.
