I became a nurse practitioner because I wanted to help women navigate the different stages of life, all of which bring unique physical, emotional, and hormonal changes. I enjoy all aspects of women’s health care, with a special passion for fertility and pregnancy care.
My approach to women’s health is patient-centered and holistic. I strive to see the whole person, rather than focusing on a single symptom or condition. I work collaboratively with my patients to identify the root causes of their concerns and develop personalized care plans that support their long-term physical, mental, and emotional health and wellness.
It is an honor earn my patients’ trust and to support them through some of the most important and vulnerable moments of their lives. Empowering women to take control of their health, then seeing them achieve their goals, brings me so much joy.

After finding out it was my first time at this office, Kari asked if I wanted her to explain different types of birth control before getting the one I originally wanted, and was very thorough in her explanation.
