I got into medicine because I wanted to serve God and my neighbor. It brings me great joy to be able to connect with people, help them improve their health, and make a difference in their lives.

Lifestyle medicine is an important focus of my practice. Many health problems can be improved or even avoided through self-care strategies like healthy eating, regular exercise, improved sleep, and stress reduction. I am also passionate about treating depression, anxiety, and addiction disorders.
