Thank you for the help I need during this time. I would have liked to have known that if I would have been able to take an intermittent catheter with me when I had the foley pulled for testing, I wouldn't have had to have 2 severely painful trips back to the office due to bladder retention. I feel it would be helpful if you had written info for new patients on what to expect as per, visits, pain, choices, options, etc. and what to do if problems arise. When a person is new to this problem and in pain, they may not hear clearly all that is said.

Every person who has involved in my stay from start to finish was outstanding and after care was the same
