I know everyone is busy but I sometimes feel as though the most important thing is TIME, TIME, TIME! Everyone will benefit if we just slow down a bit and LISTEN. However, that doesn't happen unless that is the mindset going into an appointment. Thanks for treating me as a person and not just a time slot.

Katie was a tremendous listener. It takes patience to listen to my unusual pacemaker/exercise tolerance issue as it's unusual. She demonstrated tremendous patience and interest in solving the problem, which she could sense was very bothersome issue for me, even if just a quality of life issue.
