I had asked about a friend who has many health issues, if she would consider seeing her. Dr. B. said she would but because the lady has been with Henry Ford so long, she felt they know her better and Dr. B felt it would take too long to understand all of her needs, so it would be best to continue there. I agreed, as I didn't think of it that way.

Her diligent communication regarding my PT/INR levels following my colonoscopy was appreciated, especially since she has such a busy schedule with so many other patients. They took care of my health

The only reason I answered somewhat easy to obtain care was because my appt got cancelled twice because of snow but rescheduling was not difficult.

I was having a hard time concentrating on what was said due to the pain. When I returned home, I kept thinking who is going to do what there are a few moving parts to the story and I wish now it was written down for me for example. I will call and make an MRI appointment. I have to call Physical Therapy and tell them to send a paper to the office. The doctor will send a prescription for the MRI. The doctor will call in a prescription for me to pick up, etc., when patients seem to be foggy And they are by themselves. It is hard sometimes to remember what am I supposed to do now?

My current Doctor is fabulous and i am very pleased with her. Although, My plans are to take my BCBS insurance elsewhere if she retires. Since the transition from Beaumont, to Corwell Health, everything has gone downhill. It's very sad to see Beaumont crash like this.
