She did agree with me about antibiotics. So it was nice to have that. As opposed to just giving me medicine that causes another issue later on.

Kayla was friendly and easy going, which I liked. She talked to me and explained what she was doing and needed to know. A choaching recomendation. She needs to give eye contact to the patient. She walked in and went straight to the computer and started to work with only a one second look up (literally). She was 2/3 through the appointment before she really looked up from the computer.

They need to listen and take priority to give the best care and use stigmas and and treat everyone as tho they have the same tendencies. Some people are more than capable of managing pain medication, and are educated in addiction. You can’t not treat issues because you receive a phone call, you need to return to the room. Fill prescriptions in a timely manner

After showing them the problems I have with tape when they took the leads off one of my ankles it tore the skin and had to be wrapped.

Great experience. Only glitch was my prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy, but was easily fixed. Short response time and great communication with office is awesome.

Happy that this is where I go for medical needs

Calling and getting an appointment was HARD. Care received was good. Not a fan of the big system but my person was great.

Always prompt. Apologetic if the run a little late. Very pleasant atmosphere.
