As a new retiree on Medicare, she thoroughly explained what is covered by Medicare and what isn’t. Very detailed on what vaccines and tests I should get and what I do not need. A Great patient/provider connection for me.

Dr. Ottenbaker took my current age, physical condition and complaints, my unemployment and temporary lack of insurance situation into account and offered appropriate options to level of care accordingly. She was prepared with her own questions and listened well to my explanations and questions. Together, we came up with a very good care plan, both for this DOS and for the future.

First time I have seen her. Not sure that she was aware of all of my past medical issues but was a depression 6 month check up and my BP was elevated so she focused on that. Which was fine.

Friendly comfortable feeling

Having to schedule this appointment out 6 months left me without medication for 6 months, as they demanded a physical in-person visit before I could get it refilled. That should never be a possibility.

I wanted a female doctor in this area, and this was for my Wellness checkup, not for any illness. I think I have found a good fit.
