Communication was easily understood. I never felt rushed. He is personable and had good eye contact with me.

Good discussion about my heart and medication, as well as options for down the road when/if necessary.

This was the first time I saw Dr. Frank. We was friendly and explained everything. Sometimes it's hard to meet a new provider, but he made me feel comfortable. It was a pleasure meeting him.

He keeps track of me and does things when he thinks it should be done like I have a echocardiogram coming up.

Spent a long time explaining my diagnosis and treatment options.
