I had seen Dr. Postma in the past approximately 8 years prior so I had to become a new patient and wait 4 months to be seen for a 3 week episode of nose bleeds. That's a shame on Corewell.

It was apparent that he had looked at my history before meeting with me. It made our conversation more fruitful. I felt he heard my concerns and made the best choice considering the circumstances for moving forward. I hadn't met with Dr. Postma before, but I felt he was clear in his explanation of what my choices were, and I felt he was experienced and knowledgeable and cared about my finding an answer to my concern.

The only drawback was how long it took to get the initial appointment. My PCP referred me in Dec. and the soonest appointment was Feb.

The Dr. was professional and helpful. He explained my questions. I had no problem with him whatsoever. He was even accommodating to my phone which I had to use to start a Zoom call (though I was not on it) for my colleagues at 1:45 p.m. He was very patient.

It was pretty good

The doctor was great. The support staff was terrible. They didn't care and the manager Karen would never call me back or fix the problem
