The video connection for the visit was very poor. Slow and kept blacking out. I had just completed a zoom meeting at my home on the same computer with the same internet connection and it was fine, so I’m guessing the problem was on the provider end

We had to wait over 30 minutes to see the provider.

We arrived at 0850 for a 0900 appointment. We were called back at 0913 and we were not seen till after 0945 and didn’t leave until 1053. This is ridiculous to think that a well child appointment should take two hours. It’s a horrible experience trying to keep a two year-old entertained and happy for two hours when you’re stuck in an office that is way too hot.
