Very rude, not empathetic at all. Treated and spoke to me as though I was failing as a mother. Will not be back because of her.

She was very good. I appreciated the well delivered caution on my sugar & cholesterol. The recommendations were solid covering foods, diet, & exercise. She did a nice job pointing out my ears which had a lot of wax. She & the assistant were great explaining how the procedure worked & implementing it

PA was to setup an appointment for an Ultrasound, but haven’t heard back. She said they would call.

She mentioned that my ear needed to have the wax removed but left and gave me no instruction if it was going to be done at this appointment or to make another one, or that the nurse would be back in so I left.
