Kevin was great, as always. Due to insurance policies he could not give me a cortisone shot in my knee while I was there…I guess the insurance company will only let you address one issue per visit…kind of a waste of gas and time. I’m pretty sure the insurance company doesn’t care about my time or money.

I appreciated Kevin's demeanor as well as his answers to my questions/concerns. I was disappointed no one informed me that he usually just handles Calvin Tibbe's overflow... I had to inquire from the nurse. A little background in the half dozen emails you sent to me over the prior 3 months would have been appreciated.

Along with not being asked if being used for training was ok. I also had to call twice before setting up an appointment and I was seen half an hour after my appointment time which I had to leave early from work to get to on time.
