He completed his internal medicine residency at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, Ohio and his pulmonary and critical care fellowship at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia. Dr. Swiatek joined Corewell Health in 2021. His clinical interests include patients with undifferentiated shortness of breath, asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD), interstitial lung disease, cystic fibrosis, and bronchiectasis.

He has been very helpful in leading me to appropriate professionals to get to the root cause of my breathing issues not due to asthma.
