He knows me and has been my PCP for many years. He listens and knows my history. He is practical and down to earth. I appreciate him as my doctor very much!

I trust Dr. Reed, I know he's very busy, and takes care of most issues i've had. If not he does a referral. I appreciate the time he takes with me. However, I'm not sure why he didn't discuss the submitting of orders for me, and then I find them on my chart. (to my surprise). I only use my chart for when I want to look at results of tests, or Dr.Reed's notes of an office visit. Sometimes I message the office to ask a question because it's almost impossible to get to talk with someone in the office to discuss a situation or problem. The only option seems to be, leave a message with the person on the phone then get a call back. I know this is out of the Dr's hands for scheduling policy, that is on Corewell customer service.
