Just thankful for her after 12 years of my orthopedic ankle surgeon not having any clue as to what I was going through or answers to how and why this condition was progressing without any further explanation how to get any treatment for my condition . Lots of years of MRI’s 3” and bone scan for 12 years! With know plan as to what to do? At one point I was told I could just have him go in and treat it as a fracture and maybe?? A big maybe after aggressive non weight bearing ankle surgery with as he put it very painful and crutches or boot roller for 3 months minimum?? Didn’t sound good to me especially when he said maybe it will correct the problem or maybe not 😳. I additionally had to fight with my insurance company to provide payment for the 3rd MRI ! All to be told that it might be possibly cancer tumor and that he couldn’t operate and I needed to get to just few available oncology ankle surgeons’ which brought me to Kimberly Les. Which I am now relieved and extremely thankful for.
