I became a pediatrician because I love learning about the science of health and I believe that the strength of a society is reflected in how we care for our children. I am especially passionate about helping kids identify their health risks — and their strengths — early in life, so that they can reach their full potential.
Families often ask me who or what to trust about their child’s health. These days we have so many wonderful resources and tools to help make children’s lives better. But there’s also so much information out there that it’s hard to know what’s true. I know that every parent wants what’s best for their child; my goal is to help them find the right way forward. I am committed to learning more every day, answering your questions to the best of my ability, and providing the best care I can.
Every child is a unique and wonderful individual, and I love watching them grow and thrive. The things that bring them joy bring me joy. It is an honor and a privilege to care for them, when they are healthy and when they are sick.
