She’s amazing

Being with the dr was good. It was the lab going in a Saturday for bloodwork and being turned away. Need more workers to accomade the needs of the public.

I absolutely adore Kory Mace she has been the best doctor i have had...she listens to me she is caring she does what she can to help me with anything I need best of all she gets my MS and if needed she communicates with my MS Specialist to better treat me its amazing to have this in a doctor

I have no wish to bring her qualifications into question. But her overall body language was that of a person on an agenda and schedule. There was no attempt to open a dialogue outside of the data she had been given by the triage nurse. I walked off afterwards feeling like I had bothered her. Cold. Separated. Overly professional in her routine.

Every time I go see her I feel rushed and as if she is eager to leave the appointment as soon as she tells me what she needs to. She does not allow me to feel comfortable asking questions about anything. I have to advocate for myself or my concerns would go unnoticed.

Dr. Mace is very present every time I'm in her office. She makes me feel like we are the only two people in the building and she has all day to help me out

I had some recent concerns that Dr. Mace listened to & made me feel at ease about. She always encourages me to reach out with future concerns as well & I feel comfortable with that.

I appreciate that she’s concerned for my health and well being, and she is always very kind and friendly. But this time, especially as issues touched on bad experiences in my life and deep anxieties, I didn’t feel listened to — because I was being referred to a specialist. It’s understandable but made the whole experience feel rushed and impersonal despite all of the kindness.

Hit or miss with Dr. Mace, but I blame Corewell - rigid rules or guidelines on how much time you can spend with patients doesn't always work.

She was professional. She was patient and helpful answering my questions.

I was there for a yearly physical checkup/ thankfully I’m pretty healthy , she did ask about any concerns or health going on, but I didnt have any . Had come in previous for blood work and she said numbers were good . So thankfully nothing to really discuss.

Dr Mace also had a med student. He was very good at listening and providing follow up questions to clarify. Nice experience.

I always receive excellence in care by my providers, MA,, PA”s and phlebotomists.

My provider seemed very concerned and took time to answer my questions. Also provided a time frame for further communication.

Dr. Mace and staff are very compassionate and ask a lot of important questions about my health.
