She has become my favorite PA. She is good at asking questions to determine the right diagnosis and treatment. Very nice personality that is easy to converse with.

Kristen listened to the lengthy list of concerns and questions I came in with and was able to quickly assess what I needed and how best to help. She made the process seamless and made me feel reassured and validated in my concerns. Her prior experience and preparedness made it so all the lab work I needed could be ordered and completed in the same visit.

She was extremely respectful and thoughtful. She made sure to tell me everything in a way that I could understand and she didn’t give me any information that was not in Doctors language or fancy words that I couldn’t understand so I didn’t have to ask her to explain what she was talking about or what it meant she needs to be able to have her own patience list so that she can be my personal care practitioner I would certainly choose her as my personal doctor every time I had to see a doctor.

She is the absolute best PA for children! We love her SO much! She is caring, smart, knowledgeable.

I have always had a difficult time with the standalone blood pressure machines. They do not take my blood pressure correctly and they always have to end up doing it manually. She told me she was going to put it in my chart they would need to do it manually every time so I didn’t have to go through that.
