I’ve always been deeply curious and passionate about lifelong learning. And choosing medicine meant choosing a career that that aligned with my values: serving others with compassion and making a meaningful impact.
As my patient, you should know that you will be truly heard and supported. I believe that active listening is the foundation of a strong physician-patient relationship, and I strive to create a space where you will feel validated. My care is personalized — tailored to meet you where you are and aligned with your values. In my practice, I emphasize preventive care. But I’m also very passionate about menopause care and cancer survivorship.
I’m often asked about health information seen online or heard from others. I welcome these conversations and approach them with openness and respect to make sure you feel safe asking questions. My goal is to build trust with you through two-way dialogue where we can interpret medical information together.
I’ve been privileged to build deep relationships with many of my patients over time, and I cherish the continuity of care that develops from walking alongside patients and their families through multiple generations. Being present for people through life’s highs and lows is an extraordinary gift, and earning that trust over the arc of a lifetime brings me meaning and joy.

I feel bad for my provider, they seem stressed out. Like there are not enough hours in the day to meet all the demands being put on them. I just wish I could do something to help them feel better. I felt like I was adding to that frustration by having so many care needs/questions.
