I kind of wanted to cancel since don’t like doctors and weight has been a challenge. But with heart disease told by many doctors must keep your appointments. I have been failing at changing from cream and sugar added to black coffee for YEARS (BUT have started to do black coffee since visit - hoping my number will be good in couple months. So I am glad I didn’t cancel
