I am very grateful that she informs me that she is available at times I may need to contact her between visits. She is very flexible when I have a conflict with a planned appointment. She remembers the details of my problems from one visit to another. She is very empathetic to my physical problems as well as my emotional problems. I am grateful that she is available to me on the video format because it would be extremely difficult for me to have my appointments in person.

My provider is excellent but we need to have consistent audio and video quality.

This is a telehealth appointment and so I did not rate my arrival although Dr K’s calls are always timely

I enjoy my sessions with Dr. Krasean. I feel I can open my mind and heart to do and say what I call doing an “emotional laxative.” a cleansing of scared self and releasing my constipation feelings, healing, and removing many old and painful scars.
