This was my first time meeting Laura. She had looked over my history before seeing me, so was knowledgeable about my health care needs. She took her time with me, listening carefully to my recent health issues, and before prescribing anything, looked it up to make certain there would be no issues with my CKD. I’m sure she was busy, but she never acted rushed; she made me feel like she had all the time needed to care for my issues.
