About the Provider
My approach to medicine is all about collaboration. We are a team, and we should work together to find the solutions that meet your unique circumstances and health goals. I prioritize educating my patients about their condition and treatment options, because I want them to feel empowered to take control of their own health.
I am especially passionate about women’s health, LGBTQ+ care, and preventive care strategies like healthy diet, exercise, and sleep.
I greatly enjoy getting to know my patients, working with them, and creating a safe space for them. It is incredibly rewarding when a patient tells me that I actually listened to them and that I cared about them. I strive to create that experience for everyone who comes into my office.
LGBTQIA+ Safe & Affirming

Dr Bauer is an Amazing...Kind.. knowledgeable and took her time explaining everything to me that I could understand completely! She also contacted me later to see how I was doing making sure I was getting the care I needed and took the time to message me several times in my chart I really was impressed with Dr Bauer.!!
